Roundtable Probes Wealth Management's Next Digital Transformation - Video

This publication recently held a roundtable in Singapore to explore important wealth management topics. Sponsor firm EPAM has issued two white papers, the latest of which was discussed in the Asian jurisdiction.

WealthBriefingAsia hosted a videoed roundtable discussion in Singapore's Westin Hotel to discuss themes on how modern technology is - or in some ways is not - transforming the way in which wealth managers do their jobs. A starting point for conversation was centred on the second of two recent white papers issued by US-based software engineering and digital platform services firm EPAM. The latest publication is called Digital Transformation 2.0 In Wealth Management: Achieving Traction & Focus For Future Growth. Participants in the round table, moderated by this publication's chief executive, Stephen Harris, were Aamod Gokhale, head of FS Consulting, EPAM APAC; Urs Lichtenberger, digital leader, head of client platform, APAC, Credit Suisse; Manoj Bhojwani – head of APAC private banking technology, Credit Suisse; Vivien Jong, chief digital officer for APAC, BNP Paribas; Gary Tiernan, head of investments, Crossinvest; Sagar Shenoi, director, global product manager, Client eChannels & Wealth Management Innovation, Deutsche Bank; Thomas Cherian, senior executive, digital banking, Bank of Singapore; Glenn Hempel, managing principal, FS Consulting, EPAM Switzerland, and global head, wealth & asset management consulting EPAM, also spoke on the panel.
